Greenbrier Remodeling

Donald Landle is the owner of Greenbrier Remodeling. Donald has personally managed thousands of residential remodeling projects. Upon graduation from high school, Donald joined the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners Local 608 in 1984. After completing a 4 year apprenticeship in 1988 he became a journeyman carpenter. In 1989 Donald moved from New York to the Greenbrier section of Chesapeake and started Greenbrier Construction. While working for Quality Contacting as a sub contractor, he accepted an offer to work full-time as the production manager. During his 22 year tenure, Donald was responsible for overseeing the completion of up to $6 million in residential remodeling projects per year.
Donald always enjoyed working directly with clients and so he decided to go back to his roots and re-open his own remodeling company. He is actively involved in the Tidewater Builders Association, where he has served as the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Treasure. He is currently serving as the Past Chairman.
